What you unlock

Starting fees, then a scoped quote.

  • Starting prices by service. EOR, contractors, AI agents, dedicated talent, and custom lines for payroll, entity, and recruiting.
  • Pass-through at cost. Salary, statutory employer costs, and agreed benefits itemized with no markup on the pass-through.
  • Dryft fee called out separately. Clear on the quote and invoice, not buried in a blended line.
  • Funding steps up front. Refundable one-month security deposit, first month in advance, and a severance reserve where local law or the engagement requires it.
  • No lock-in by design. EOR today, your own entity later, or a mix by country.

Pass-through, no markup

Statutory employer costs, wages you approve, and agreed benefits pass through at cost. The Dryft service fee is separate and explicit.

🔄

No lock-in

Start on EOR, open an entity later, or mix models by country. Transferring people to your entity is a planned outcome, not a penalty event.

Funding model

Refundable one-month security deposit. First month in advance. Severance reserve where required by local law or the engagement.
