👋 About Dryft Global

The team behind the talent.

Dryft Global was built by operators who have lived inside the global workforce world: international employment, payroll, outsourcing, recruiting, and expansion. We started Dryft around a simple belief: companies shouldn't need five vendors and a spreadsheet to build a global team, and they shouldn't become an account number to get help. One connected partner. Hands-on service. Talent that moves with you.

Leadership

The people setting the direction.

Anthony Birdwell

Anthony Birdwell

Chief Executive Officer

Anthony sets Dryft Global's vision and leads the company's growth. He is focused on building one connected partner for the global workforce: a company where hiring, employment, payroll, operations, and expansion work together instead of living with five different vendors. Anthony leads the overall business with a simple standard: every client, at every size, deserves a partner who knows their name.

Ryan Rogers

Ryan Rogers

Chief Operating Officer

Ryan oversees service delivery, internal operations, and global execution at Dryft. From a client's first international hire through payroll, BPO teams, and entity operations, Ryan's job is making sure the work behind the promise actually gets done: on time, in-country, and to the standard clients were sold. He builds the processes that let Dryft scale without losing the hands-on service the company was founded on.

Andrew Cromer

Andrew Cromer

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew leads Dryft's financial strategy: forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and profitability. Operating across 160+ countries means operating across currencies, tax regimes, and billing models, and Andrew keeps that complexity invisible to clients through clean, transparent cost structures. His focus is a financially disciplined company that can invest in its clients for the long term.

Kyle Peacy

Kyle Peacy

Chief Technology Officer

Kyle leads Dryft's technology platform, integrations, security, and technical roadmap, including the AI agents that extend client teams. His philosophy matches the company's: technology should make service better, not replace it. Kyle builds the systems that connect payroll, workforce data, and client operations into one clear picture.

The team

The people who make it work.

Technology makes global employment easier. People make it work. This is the team clients actually talk to: the people coordinating hires, payroll runs, candidate searches, and client questions every day.

Kayleigh Oppenhuizen

Kayleigh Oppenhuizen

Director of Client Success

Kayleigh owns the client relationship after the contract is signed. She runs onboarding, keeps communication moving between clients and Dryft's in-country teams, and makes sure questions get answered by someone who already knows the account. Her standard is simple: no client should ever have to explain their business twice.

Cari Butcher

Cari Butcher

Director of Global Operations

Cari runs the day to day work behind Dryft's client workforces: employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, in-country coordination, and the hundred details that make international employment run quietly in the background. She builds the processes that let Dryft add a country or a client without the service slipping.

Tyler Eberts

Tyler Eberts

Global Payroll Specialist

Tyler works on Dryft's payroll operations, running multi-country pay cycles, checking calculations against local requirements, and resolving the discrepancies that come with paying people across currencies and tax regimes. Payroll is the part of global employment employees notice most, and his job is making sure they never have to.

Summer Raymond

Summer Raymond

Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Summer leads candidate sourcing and recruiting across Dryft's markets, building shortlists for client roles and managing candidates from first contact through offer. She focuses on the part of hiring that gets skipped when speed takes over: making sure the person fits the role, the team, and the market they will be working in.

Kurt Maciejewski

Kurt Maciejewski

Director of Business Development

Kurt works with companies before they become clients, helping them figure out what they actually need: EOR, BPO, payroll only, or their own entity down the road. He has built and run businesses himself, so his advice starts from what the numbers and the timeline can support rather than what is easiest to sell.

Becca Storm

Becca Storm

Global Business Consultant

Becca advises organizations on international expansion, global hiring, payroll, compliance and workforce strategy. She helps clients navigate complex markets, reduce risk, control costs and build scalable operations worldwide.

LinkedIn
On the ground

The people running our in-country operations.

Dryft is not a portal with a support inbox. In the markets where we run our own operations, a named person is responsible for the entity, the compliance, the delivery and the team. This is who that is.

Gaurang Prajapati
INIndia

Gaurang Prajapati

Managing Partner & Director, India

Gaurang leads Dryft Global's India operations: entity management, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, service delivery, strategic partnerships and team development. He is responsible for expanding Dryft's local presence, building scalable back-office and workforce solutions, and making sure clients receive high-quality, cost-effective support throughout India.

LinkedIn
What we believe

The values behind the work.

🤝

Every client matters

Five employees or five thousand. The relationship should still feel like a relationship, and your size doesn't determine the level of service you deserve.

🧠

Honest advice first

We'd rather tell you no than sell you the wrong thing. The goal is the model that makes the most sense for your business, not the easiest sale.

🌐

Global strategy, local reality

Every market works differently. We create consistency where it adds value and respect the local requirements that make each country different.

🔄

Your strategy can evolve

BPO today, EOR tomorrow, your own entity after that. We build models that grow with you instead of contracts that trap you.

🤖

The right resource for the work

AI handles volume. People handle value. We help clients combine both instead of picking a side.

💪

Ownership

When something needs solving, you get a person who takes ownership, not a ticket number in a queue.
