These terms cover your use of dryftglobal.com. They are website terms, not a master services agreement. If you buy EOR, payroll, BPO, recruiting, or consulting from Dryft Global, the signed MSA, statement of work, or order form controls that engagement.

What this site is for
Information about Dryft services, country hiring guides, calculators, and ways to contact us. Content is general business information, not legal, tax, immigration, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
- Use the site for lawful business purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
- Do not submit false information through forms, or use forms to spam or harass.
- Do not copy site content for competing commercial reuse without written permission. Linking to public pages is fine.
Guides, calculators, and disclaimers
Country guides, cost estimates, and explainers are planning aids. Statutory rates, leave rules, and notice periods change, and some figures on the site are marked as pending verification or carry page-level disclaimers. Confirm anything material with a qualified adviser and with Dryft on a written quote before you hire or terminate.
Implementation Kits and downloadable PDFs are provided for your internal business use. They are not a substitute for local counsel.
Contact forms are not contracts
Submitting a contact form, kit request, or email does not create a client relationship or obligate Dryft to provide services. Service terms, pricing, funding, SLAs, and liability caps are set only in a signed agreement.
- Quotes and proposals are invitations to negotiate unless they expressly say otherwise.
- Website pricing explainers describe structure. They are not a public rate card.
- Privacy practices for site data are described in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
Dryft Global owns the site design, logos, copy, and materials we publish, except where third-party marks or open components appear. You may not use Dryft marks in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without permission.
Website disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dryft Global disclaims warranties about uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the website alone. We are not liable for decisions you make solely based on public site content. Limits of liability for paid services are stated in your MSA or SOW.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer or local law says otherwise for your location. Courts in Kent County, Michigan (or the federal courts sitting there) are the venue for disputes about website use, unless a signed client agreement specifies a different forum for that engagement.
Updates
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms for website use.
