This page explains what personal information Dryft Global collects through dryftglobal.com, why we collect it, who processes it, and how you can ask us about it. It is written for business contacts. It is not legal advice.

📋

Client and prospect records

If you become a client or active prospect, we may keep related business details needed to quote, contract, and deliver services. Those arrangements are also covered by your agreement with Dryft.

What we do not collect here

We do not intentionally collect special-category data, government IDs, or payment card numbers through this marketing site. Employee payroll data for EOR clients is handled under separate service agreements, not this website form flow.

Why we use it

Purposes that match how the site actually works.

  • Respond to inquiries. Answer questions, schedule calls, and send follow-ups you asked for.
  • Deliver Implementation Kits. Email the PDF you requested and, when relevant, updated versions when statutory rates change (you can unsubscribe any time).
  • Operate and secure the site. Keep the website available, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse.
  • Marketing with a clear exit. Occasional product or resource emails related to global employment. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe path.
  • Improve our services. Understand which guides and pages are useful so we can improve content and support.
  • Legal and contractual needs. Keep records we reasonably need for disputes, audits, or regulatory requests.

Where a law requires a specific legal basis (for example consent or legitimate interests), we rely on the basis that fits the activity. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rules, contact us and we will work through your request in plain terms.

Who processes it

Processors we use to run the website and email.

We use a small set of service providers. They process data on our instructions to host forms, send email, and serve the site.

GoHighLevel / LeadConnector

Hosts the Implementation Kit request form, stores related contact records, and helps send kit delivery and related workflow emails. Form embeds load from LeadConnector domains.

Cloudflare

Hosts and protects dryftglobal.com (CDN, DNS, and security features). Cloudflare may process technical request data as part of delivering and securing the site.

Email and workspace tools

Business email to Dryft addresses is handled through our Google Workspace mailboxes (including hello@ and support@).

Other providers

If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or other tools later, we will name them in the cookies section below before relying on them for tracking.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal data.

Dryft Global does not sell personal information. We share data only with processors who help us run the site and services, with professional advisers when needed, or when the law requires disclosure.

  • Service providers under contract (forms, hosting, email), limited to what they need to do their job.
  • Corporate events such as a merger or acquisition, where contacts may transfer with the business under appropriate protections.
  • Legal process, fraud prevention, or safety, when we believe disclosure is required or reasonably necessary.
Retention

How long we keep information.

We keep contact and inquiry records for as long as they remain useful for the relationship or as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

  • Kit requests and marketing contacts: retained while you remain subscribed or engaged, and for a reasonable period afterward for suppression and audit trails.
  • General inquiries: typically kept for the sales cycle and a follow-up window, unless a longer relationship starts.
  • Server and security logs: kept for operational windows typical of hosting and security tooling, then rotated.
  • Client records: governed by the service agreement and applicable retention rules for employment and payroll data.
Your choices

Access, deletion, and unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, or object to certain uses. We will respond in a reasonable time.

Access or correction

Email hello@ or support@ and tell us what you need. We may ask for enough detail to verify the request.

Deletion

Ask us to delete marketing or inquiry records we no longer need. Some records may remain where the law or an active contract requires it.

Unsubscribe

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and say you want off the list. Transactional messages about a kit you requested or an active engagement may still be necessary.

International transfers

A US company serving global clients.

Dryft Global is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy rules than your own. We use reputable providers and contractual protections where appropriate, and we are happy to discuss transfer questions for enterprise clients under a signed agreement.

Children

Not directed to children under 16.

This website and our B2B services are for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies & similar tech

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed to run and protect the site. As of September 2026, the public site generator does not embed named third-party analytics scripts (for example Google Analytics). If that changes, we will list the vendors here.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare and related hosting or security layers may set cookies or use similar identifiers that are necessary to deliver pages, balance traffic, and defend against abuse. These are typically essential to operating the site.

Forms and embeds

The Implementation Kit form loads from LeadConnector / GoHighLevel. That embed and its scripts may set cookies or local storage related to form function, spam protection, and session continuity.

Analytics (if added later)

If we add analytics or marketing measurement tools, we will name them on this page and describe what they measure. Until then, treat any such tools as not listed for this site.

Your controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break forms or security features. Browser settings and industry opt-out tools are the practical controls for optional cookies once they exist.

This cookies section is the Cookie Policy linked from the site footer (privacy-policy.html#cookies).

Changes

Updates to this policy.

We may revise this page as our products, processors, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top is the source of truth. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had a chance to read the revised notice.

This policy describes our website and marketing practices in plain English. Client engagements, employee data under EOR, and signed MSAs may include additional or different terms. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls for that engagement.
